ANCESTRAL PRACTICE

HATHA RADJA YOGA

The Kriya Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Siddhas define "Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind"

“Yogas-Citta-Vrttih-Nirodhah”

Yoga is the Union of the body, mind and heart with the spirit.

In the path of Yoga, different aspects and forms of practice emerge, such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga among others.

When we talk about Hatha Radja Yoga we refer to one of the oldest forms of Yoga:

"Ha" Means Sun, "The" Means Moon, so the poles of duality are worked on this plane, how is the day the night, the feminine and the masculine, the Light and the darkness linking them for their own integration and balance, "As above so below."

Radja means The King, where he refers to the Mind that governs and is the form of conscious with everything that surrounds us.

I have been a Yoga practitioner for more than 15 years, I trained as a certified teacher for 5 years, and to this day I am full of love to share.
